“ A quality establishment where the attention to detail can be seen from the top down in all aspects of the restaurant: very professional staff. The way they serve bread here aims to emphasise hygiene and freshness; the bread itself was unusually good for Uzbekistan (in this guy's humble opinion). The presentation of the omelette didn't leave me feeling completely won over but that's ok: I would go back and have something different. They make their own cheese in house: you can see where they do it and it's crazy creamy - at least the kind that we ordered. If we find ourselves back in the city, I'll be keen to return. ”

The chicken fettuccine Alfredo was rich, silky, and comforting—cooked to perfection and generously portioned. For dessert, the San Sebastian cheesecake and the signature chocolate dessert served in an enamel mug were both decadent and beautifully presented. “ Fantastic place to cool-off, sit and relax and enjoy a meal. The waitstaff were all warm and inviting. Good music playing in the background, comfortable seating and spacious with soft muted colors. I ordered the lamb ribs, parmesan broccoli and a glass (or 2) of red wine. The lamb ribs were cooked perfectly and were tender. The broccoli was grilled and charred along with garlic and topped with a good amount of cheese. The wine - yummy. I enjoyed myself so much I am headed back to day to try something else. ”

As for the food: some of the best I’ve had in Uzbekistan. * The chicken soup was a nostalgic highlight, with delicate tiny noodles and a rich, comforting broth that felt like something your grandma would make. * The whole dorado (sea bream) was well-cooked, though slightly salty and smaller than expected. Pairing it with an appetizer is a good call. * The San Sebastián cheesecake was rich, decadent, and perfect — I saved half for later, and it was still divine. * On a return visit, I opted for a simpler meal: the filet mignon was cooked to perfection, and the charred broccoli steak — carved tableside — was juicy, flavorful, and served with roasted garlic.
